DESCRIPTION:The Revenue Management Specialist collaborates with the BU Revenue Growth Management Team to guide BU efforts to establish and manage against a solid business planning, forecasting and pricing approach for the Business Unit. Identify opportunities in top half of TROY, conduct review with Business Unit leadership team to gain alignment prior to finalization and submission to finance. Assist the BU Director, Planning and Insights by performing the necessary analysis required for execution of the annual business plan, facilitating the development and validation of business plans, providing insight into TROY forecasting as part of a management routine, and playing a key role in the Sources of Growth tracking and allocation to Business Units. Assist the Director, Product Commercialization by establishing a routine for coordination of product launches and communicating to field sales and production regarding activation on Article, SAP and UPC code activation, assisting with SKU management routines and the necessary tracking of raw materials inventory, assisting with product launch plans by communicating pertinent execution & success metrics within the Revenue Management Team.
Assist the Director, Pricing and Sales Analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development & analysis of the BU’s annual business plan, including opportunity assessments, industry benchmarking, gap analysis.
Analyze key measures against Business Plan performance including Sources of Growth allocations, price/package variations, Brand Trends and mix shifts.
Prepare and provide input around KBI and Management Routine reports.
Identifies opportunities in top half of TROY, conducts review with Business Unit leadership team to gain alignment prior to finalization and submission to finance
Support Director, Product Commercialization to provide consistent Business Unit introductions of new products and packages with supporting execution & success metrics. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Master Degree Preferred.
Five plus (5+) years experience in the food and/or CPG industries preferred.
Experience in finance, sales, marketing, or business planning analysis, sales operations preferred.
Coca-Cola system experience preferred.
Strong technical/computer skills (i.e. Excel, pivot tables, macros, Access) required.
Minimal travel.
