The Arizona Republic, Arizona’s leading provider of news and information for more than a century is seeking qualified candidates for our Circulation Sales Center. These positions are in our Downtown Phoenix location.

This position will be using a state of the art automated dialer to call current and previous customers. Responsibilities include retaining and up selling current customers. High level of customer service is required. Commissions are paid on a goal-attained basis. Successful representatives can expect to work in a friendly environment where they have the opportunity to work on a variety of campaigns.

As a Retention Specialist, you will:

- Make welcome calls to new subscribers - Secure payments - Conduct renewal calls - Upgrade customer subscriptions - Enjoy monthly commissions for achieving sales goals!!

Ideal candidate will consistently achieve sales goals, be a team player, and have the desire to grow and be promoted! Must have a high school diploma or GED.
