Retail Team Leader

DSW is currently seeking highly motivated, hourly Team Leaders with proven experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidates are sales driven, strongly customer oriented, possess excellent work records and a commitment to growing with the company.

The Team Leaders will assist in achieving store business goals and objectives including sales, customer service, shrinkage, and Associate relations. The individuals will execute floor layouts, maintain floor presentation standards and integrate seasonal changes as directed. In addition, the individuals may assist in the direction of audits and assist in maintaining minimum operating store standards.

Team Leaders will also suggest ways to improve store operating efficiency and recommends action to Store Management. In addition, the individual will ensure that store facilities are neat, clean, safe and inviting through customer feedback and internal audits.
