Retail Stores - Assistant Store/Kiosk Manager - Wilmington, NC

Purpose:
This is a management position with responsibility for directing and coordinating the daily activities of the operations team including appropriate employee hiring, training and development. Guides and evaluates employee performance. Effectively assist the retail sales manager supervise all aspect of a retail store and/or multiple retail kiosks. Assist in managing inventory controls, sales attainment, scheduling, and other duties as required.
