Retail Store Manager - Sweet Factory

Sweet Factory, retail candy store seeks energetic Store Manager to run our store in the Woodbridge VA. area. The Store Manager will manage a staff and operations of a single retail unit located inside a major mall.
REQUIREMENTS
Some of the responsibilities includes smooth and efficient operations of a the store, which consists of:
* Prior retail management experience merchandising skills
* Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
* Be sales oriented and interested in recruiting, hiring, and training quality staff.
* Sense of Urgency.
* Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store
* Is able to Maintain a Neat, Clean, Well- presented, Disciplined, Consistent Stores
* Controls Expenses to Maximize Store Profitability
