We are looking for Managers who are passionate about coffee, committed to quality, and have strong leadership capability. Tully’s takes pride in its hand-roasted coffees, its consistent attention to the customer and its firm commitment to the communities in which we operate. Store Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of a Tully's store. This includes selling coffee and merchandise, assisting customers, making our coffee drinks, employee schedules, deposits, paperwork and community involvement. Our Store Managers are additionally responsible for maintaining employee communication within their stores, other stores in their region, and with the Home Office.
REQUIREMENTS
