Job Description




This entry level retail management position will prepare and train you for a future store manager position. Directly accountable for overall performance of the store in the absence of the store manager, the assistant manager is responsible for: Generating maximum sales potential Recruiting and developing the store staff Merchandising and maintaining store appearance Servicing the customer and The integrity of the Balloon Counter, Spinner Programs and the card department.
