Currently, we are looking for experienced Retail Sales Managers for our SuperStore in Manchester.

The Retail Sales Manager's essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage the sales and merchandising activities of a CompUSA Store to include sales enhancement and customer service activities.

Ensure that all Sales Team Members are trained and aware of the store's customer service policies.

Drive sales volume and margin through active involvement with customers and Team Members on the sales floor.

Audit sales and recap sales with Sales Team Members.

Basically this job holder is responsible for translating company goals and targets into reality and getting the Team Members working to achieve those goals and targets!

Job Requirements
The professional we seek will have a high energy level with great interpersonal skills and thrive on multiple challenges with a high school education or GED equivalent, college degree preferred, and 4-6 years of high volume retail, sales management and sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Computer experience is a plus but not required. In addition, prior retail management experience in commissioned based industries (such as computer, furniture, stereo, car) is preferred. Proficiency in PC based word processing, spreadsheet and data based management software required.
