Customer ServicePrimary Responsibilities:

As a member of our Commissioned Retail Sales team, you will use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to customers and build your sales. You will build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events. You will also perform merchandising tasks, such as stock, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, and transfers.
Operations and Support teams work together to ensure a clean, pleasant and safe shopping environment for our customers. Each position has a unique role in supporting our salespeople as they provide superior service to our customers.
