Our “Best of Class” Team is looking for high-energy GENERAL MANAGERS, SALES MANAGERS, CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS, & AREA MANAGERS to be responsible for store management, cash management, staffing, and employee development.

Essential Skills:

Supervise 50-100 Employees - Excellent leadership skills – to develop team and assistant store managers for future promotions

Facilitate training

Employee Relations/Handle personnel/Human resources issues (Payroll, new hire orientation, interviewing/firing, improve turnover, scheduling, manage labor)

Increase sales volume, drives sales increase, increase store profit margin, increase revenue, meet/exceed sales and profitability objectives/quotas/goals

Manage controllable expenses/Operational controls/profit levers/profit & loss controls, cost analysis/Budget planning skills, goal setting

Lower shrink, follow inventory controls, and manage inventory

Supervise proper store planograms, merchandising plans to ensure merchandising standards & customer encountered instock standards are met.

Community relations/Increase customer service -Customer loyalty and Customer satisfaction/Programs/Involvement
