Prior experience with the willingness and ability to sell will be essential to your success. All associates are paid on Commission and also receive a weekly guarantee; prior experience in a commission environment is preferred. Position:Retail Management – Keyholder

Job Duties:

Responsibilities include:
•Supporting the Store Manager and staff in the day-to-day planning and coordinating
•Assist the Store Manager in providing overall direction for the staff in terms of training and performance tracking
•Assist the Store/Staff in reaching Key Performance indicator goals (Sales, IPT’s, Corporate Cards, Avg Dollar Sale, etc)

Position will be involved:
•Generating Sales
•Stores Operations
•Developing Customer Relationships
•Maintaining Visual Standards
•Providing a Positive Work Environment
