Job Summary:


Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the daily service operations of providing quality service to the customers that will exceed their expectations. This position needs to develop a team of employees who are committed to delivering a dining experience with a better for less philosophy. The hired person will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the FOH but will also be crossed trained to oversee and assist with other aspects of operations when needed.


Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the BOH. This includes the scheduling, hiring, and recruiting for BOH employees. The hired person will be working directly with cost control including labor, food, and other controllable costs associated with the BOH. The hired person MUST have experience as a KM in a causal dining environment. They must also be able to motivate and encourage a team atmosphere.


Requirements:

MUST be able to work a flexible schedule
MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment
MUST have an approved background, credit, & drug test
Able to motivate others
MUST have previous restaurant management experience
Able to promote customer service and teamwork

REQUIREMENTS
Both positions MUST have previous restaurant management experience in a full service concept. The hired Kitchen Manager MUST have KM experience. Both positions are required to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings,and some holidays.
