Pollo Tropical, the highly successful and fast growing Caribbean-style Chicken Restaurant chain is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Manager, General Manager and Field Training Manager. The right candidate will have years of experience in quick casual restaurants with an emphasis on front of the house management. The field trainer will train the management staff for future Tampa area units and should possess skills for rapid career growth to the multi-unit supervisor position. Initially, the candidate will also have full P&L and operational responsibility for a $3 million plus operation.
REQUIREMENTS
