Reservationist

Premiere Global Services, Inc. a leader in communication technologies is searching for Reservationists in the Kansas City area.


Job Summary: Primarily responsible for utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products, services, programs, and systems to provide effective customer service and satisfaction for external/internal clients, specifically as pertains to conference call reservations. Job duties include but are not limited to setting up client profiles, registering participants in the RSVP system; schedule automated and attended conference calls.

Essential Job Results 80% Time Involved

The Reservations position is necessary to provide effective customer service to external/internal clients. Provide accurate, professional, and effective communications by scheduling and coordinating conference calls both automated and attended for internal and external clients, setting up client profiles, answering and addressing clients’ questions and concerns, communicating and collaborating with internal departments regarding client accounts, conferences, questions and concerns. Troubleshooting difficult situations and processing difficult requests such as outsourcing calls, scheduling challenges, and on occasion challenging clients.

Provide assistance to team members as necessary and requested; working as a team to meet the goals and objectives of the department and company. 15% Time Involved

Maintain and continually improve product/service knowledge and maintain knowledge of job skills and updated protocols, which can be excess of 100+. Participate in departmental mentoring, team meetings, and also acknowledge opportunities for growth and training to maintain a higher level of skill. 5% Time Involved
REQUIREMENTS
Computer experience in MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Internet are necessary.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Accurate typing of 30 wpm
High School diploma or GED
General office knowledge
Previous customer service experience preferred/desired
Previous call center experience a plus
