I need an hourly part-time researcher to help my recruitng consulting business. Responsibility will be focused on helping me identify qualified candidates (mid to senior level Engineers)that have specific experience & skill sets that match my search assignments.
Researching thru name generation and sourcing primarily by heavy phone prospecting, networking, as well as utilizing internet resources. Must be able by phone to identify, engage, and attract qualified engineers (happily employed) to consider our confidential job opportunities.

Note: This part-time research position has potential in leading into a full time recruitng position (if desired) for the right individual. Competitive hourly rate with an OUTSTANDING BONUS PLAN. Flex hours available after trial period.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidate must have:

Professional phone experience, and can average 50 dials per hour.
Excellent communication skills both verbal (outstanding phone skills) as well as written.
Must be computer literate and very resourceful on the Internet. MS Word, Excel, and any database experience helpful.
Solid work ethic, self motivated, and able to think out of the box...talking with highly educated prospects.
Resourceful, responsible, and trainable.
Must be a US Citizen.
