Job Responsibilities:Juno Lighting Group comprises a family of eight lighting category brands, and is a single source of lighting manufacturer for commercial, retail, industrial and residential applications throughout North America. Our Des Plaines location seeks a technical support representative.
Answer technical and various related product phone calls from outside sales, distributors, contractors, designers, homeowners, as well as Customer Service Departments in all internal distribution centers on a daily basis.
Resolve field applications pertaining to product installation.
Troubleshoot any adjustments necessary on job sites.
Handle all display inquiries; coordinate both standard and non-standard orders for display material, in many instances work with sales force as to showroom area set up from beginning.
Assist sales representatives, store planners, architects, and distributors with lighting applications and specifications.
Interact with engineering department concerning change notices, bills of material, existing product information, new product development, changing, correcting or interpreting prints, matters regarding code issues, etc.
Assist in return goods area.
Work with Marketing regarding proofing of catalogues.
Maintain sales force files and territory maps.
Facilitate communication about product to different departments and warehouses.
