Rep-Retail Service Technician

Troubleshoot customer complaints, make determination whether equipment/service related. Verify customer equipment warranty information
Educate customers on operation of phone, accessories, products and services.
Perform minor cosmetic repairs, software upgrades, verify programming on customer equipment
Ensure all service work is properly documented and entered into the tracking system
Adhere to proper inventory and cash control procedures
Offer & explain benefits of accessories and enhanced services to customers
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Perform any other duties required to meet departmental and company goals.
Job Requirements
Prior retail experience, 1-2 years prior cellular experience is a plus
Desired hours worked will be that of the retail channel to include weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Helping out at other locations as the needs of the business changes is a must.
Professional and effective communication skills, strong interpersonal, leadership and motivational skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel
