Renewal Support Specialist

Overall job responsibility is to support Relationship Managers/Specialist and Syndicators in drafting and preparing submissions and proposals. Activities include, but are not limited to the following:
Initiate data gathering for renewals

Attend internal renewal strategy meetings

Assist in gathering and organizing renewal information for entire renewal team

Collect, manage or organize loss data

Draft and prepare submission with input from Relationship Manager/Specialist and syndication - including exposure exhibits, loss exhibits, coverage specs and document preparation

Technical activities include: COPE analysis, flood exposure information and applications as needed

Prepare Renewal Proposal with assistance from Relationship Manager/Specialist and Syndication

Gather premium and carrier information to be submitted to Cananwill to obtain a premium finance quote

Comply with all Transparency and Disclosure procedures as posted on the Knowledge ExchangeSPECIAL SKILLS:
Bridge knowledge preferredMINIMUM EDUCATION:
High School diplomaMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
