Relocation Manager Assistant
The Relocation Manager Assistant will serve as the primary support to a team of Relocation Managers who counsel relocating individuals and their families. A Relocation Manager works with customers to facilitate the entire relocation process, including: Selling a current home, selecting and managing van lines and mortgage brokers, buying a new home, coordinating temporary housing options, and other move related activities. The Relocation Manager Assistant will assist at every step in the process to ensure efficiency and a higher level of customer service, and is expected to grow into the full Relocation Manager role.

The job -
The successful candidate's responsibilities are summarized below, and the dynamic nature of a growth-oriented company will lead to additional project based opportunities.
Recognizing and resolving customer needs.
Managing files and vendor relationships.
Helping to maintain strong and trusting customer relationships.
Responding quickly to all tasks and being proactive to best assist Relocation Managers and the team as a whole.
Growing in the Relocation Manager Assistant role to become a Relocation Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications –
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate well on the phone.
Strong collaborative skills and demonstrated experience as a contributing member of a team.
The ability to empathize with the needs of relocating individuals and their families.
A solid track record of providing consistent, exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Fluency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook and strong typing skills.
Four year degree from an accredited institution preferred.
2 years of customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
