Investor Services suite of services includes global custody, fund accounting, fund administration, fund distribution, trust services, cash management, and outsourcing solutions.We are seeking a Human Resources professional who has extensive knowledge of progressive Human Resources programs and best practices. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Investor Services, you will be involved in all aspects of human resources including organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, change management, and compensation. You will have client responsibility for about 200 employees as well as large scale projects for the entire line of business. This position requires strong relationship management and influence skills to provide Human Resources consulting services to business line clients.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of eight years Human Resources Generalist experience with particular strengths in employee relations, compensation, change management, and organizational effectiveness/development; preferably in the financial services industry
Ability to align Investor Services human resources programs with the growth of the firm
Strong overall business acumen with an ability to understand the direction and goals of the business and provide the human resources support necessary for the line?s achieving those goals
Proven experience with being both strategic and operational
Must be a hands-on team player and possess excellent problem solving skills
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
Ability to be resourceful with strong influence skills
