Relationship Manager
The primary focus of the Relationship Manager role is to strengthen and broaden client relationships. To take a proactive stance and act as the client's partner; to think in terms of solutions, based on the client's recruiting requirements. The Relationship Manager is dedicated to dealing with the day-to-day aspects of recruiting and must have a recruiting background with a sales oriented focus.
Responsibilities include:
•Engaging key staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of client as well as attain internal expertise of the profile and map to external marketplace.
•Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit niche candidates in limited candidate spaces-- including driving a business plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing.
•Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities.
•Employ strategic consulting and influencing skills in order to provide staffing expertise and recommendations.
•Role will interact with off-site supporting recruiters and sourcing strategists, as well as executive management.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires:
•5-7 years Recruiting experience
•Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management internally.
•Effective strategic thinking, executive search skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary.
•Passion for and significant experience with identifying, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
•Proven ability to act in a leadership role.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Active cultivation and participation in a positive, teamwork environment.
•Track record of innovation and creativity.
•Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates.
•Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing such as, annual hiring plan, diversity goals, client satisfaction, and cost/time to hire standards.
