Registration Coordinator (MR/DD Waiver Program)

Description:
Reports to Director of MR/DD Waiver Program Registration Coordinator is responsible for reviewing service requests and making determinations for service arrays. The Registration Coordinator communicates with the Case Managers and/or designated Team regarding consumer needs, including recommendations for additional or alternative services. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Must have experience in an acute care or outpatient clinical setting. Experience with Medicaid/Public sector services preferred.Education:
RN; Master’s Level social worker; Master’s Level in Psychology or Ph.D. Psychologist; Master’s Level Counselor and LSW for Social Necessity Reviews. Must have active clinical license.
