MOC has become the leading supplier of CO2 laser cutting systems in North America.

We are currently seeking Regional Field Service Engineers for our growing business. Part of your responsibilities will include installation of our machines as well as providing quality service to our customers.

This position requires up to 100% travel based on a 5 day work week.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Recent experience with mechanical, electrical engineering.
Ability to travel overnight both domestically as well as internationally to Canada and/or Mexico.
Provide superior phone support to our customers.
Possess effective communication, and customer service skills.
Strong documentation skills.
High energy.
Self starter.
Ability to hold and continue to hold a current unrestricted driver’s license and passport.
Good driving record.
Two years of college or equivalent.
Be able to use Microsoft office applications as well as E-mail and the internet to conduct business.
Mechanical, Electrical and recent mechanical engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in the following is a plus;
Laser or machine tool installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
PLC programming skills.
Previous regional support experience.
