Recruiter / Coordinator

Forge Industrial Staffing is in search of an energetic, Bilingual (English/Spanish) Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter. As a Recruiter you are required to screen, interview, evaluate and place light industrial candidates. If you have the ability to multi-task and are a self motivated professional who desires to build a career in the fast-paced staffing industry – then Forge is your place!

The main functions of a recruiter are to:
•Understand our clients’ hiring requirements
•Recruit, interview and assess candidates
•Develop and cultivate strong relationships with clients
•Communicate with clients to ensure placement accuracy
•Ensure job orders are prioritized appropriately and candidates are provided in a timely manner
•Maintain detailed records of daily activities
REQUIREMENTS
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
•Strong sense of urgency
•Excellent follow up skills
•Previous customer service, account management or HR experience
•Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
•Ability to prioritize tasks and execute quickly and efficiently
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Must be computer literate and have basic skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast pace environment
•Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
•Must have a High School diploma or GED
