If you are looking for an interesting and challenging position within a growing company, than this could be the career for you. We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:ReceptionistDirect incoming calls and guests to the appropriate partyProcess outgoing mail using UPS/Fed-Ex accounts and assist remote locations for use of shipping accountsSort and distribute incoming mailMaintain weekly filingMaintain office supply inventory and orders (Staples, Sam’s Club, etc.)Stock office equipment with necessary supplies (paper, toner, etc.)Maintain and distribute company directoriesOperate front office equipment including printer, fax, and postage machineAssist Office Manager with various tasksWarranty AssistanceIssue “Welcome to Warranty” letters for new owners after PSO is receivedCreate warranty file for new homeownersSend “Acknowledgment of Correspondence” letters to homeownersSend 90 day, year end, and seasonal reminders to homeownersInput signed service orders into customer care systemPull completed service orders from working fileFile completed paper work in homeowner warranty fileMaintain log of correspondences mailed to homeownersAssemble Homeowner ManualsCreate emergency route sheets and labels for jobsitesAssemble PCS Homes Safety ManualsConfirm service appointments with subcontractorsContact homeowners to monitor their satisfaction with serviceKeep MSDS sheets and books up to dateInterested candidates, please apply with a current resume, cover letter & salary requirements to one of the two links below.
