BARRY COMMUNITY HOSPICE

REGISTERED NURSES

Provide night on-call response from your home or pager to Hospice patients in Barry County. Position is shared and rotated to maximize scheduling flexible. Additional hours may be available during the day.
Requires: RN licensed in Michigan with two years acute care experience. Previous home care or hospice experience preferred. Must be self-directed with ability to work with minimal supervision. Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation.

HOME HEALTH AIDES

Home Health Aides

Home Health Aides needed to work casual (as needed) plus some weekend rotation. Provide services for Hospice patients that meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort.
Requires: High school graduate or equivalent education required. State of Michigan Nurse Aide Certification required. Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation.
