RCRA/DOT Customer Service Representative

RCRA/DOT - Customer Service Representative needed for environmental company located in Southeast Houston area.
The scope of the position is to provide assistance to upper management in generating customer profiles, setting up new customers with State Identification Numbers, and assisting with RCRA & DOT regulation issues. This position will be responsible for all customer inquiries, issues and/or problems.
Previous experience with RCRA & DOT guidelines, and Waste profile knowledge is a must to perform the tasks associated with this position. Additional duties and experience with insurance certificates and permits/WAPs from vendors. Writing of proposals/quotes, vendor contact, and excellent customer service skills are needed.
REQUIREMENTS
3 plus years experience RCRA & DOT guidelines
Knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
Computer skills include MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Excellent Customer Service Skills
