Essential Functions____60%Quality Management and Performance Improvement
Coordinate the performance management and accreditation processes with applicable departments, programs, and quality committees through:
•the development of policies, procedures, and forms
•data collection, analysis, monitoring and reports in collaboration with MIS
•process design, modification, and implementation
•record review oversight
•consultation and recommendations to programs and quality committees to ensure compliance with standards and regulations and encourage ongoing improvement
•information and assistance related to accreditation and regulatory compliance
•research____25%Risk Management
Coordinate risk management activities to identify, evaluate, and reduce the risk of injury to clients, staff, visitors, and the organization.____10%Staff Development
Collaborate with Training staff to develop and provide training to employees in areas such as performance management, information management, data collection, data analysis, compliance with regulations and standards, risk management, privacy, and other areas as needed.____5%Privacy
Coordinate compliance with privacy regulations.
Other FunctionsOther duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelors Degree in non-profit management, public administration, quality management, business, social work, child welfare, or related field.Work Experience
Prefer experience in child welfare or a related field.
