QUALITY REVIEW SPECIALIST NEEDED IN LOS ANGELES, CA!!

Responsibilities: Monitor Quality of customer service representatives.

Monitoring recorded phone calls made by our customer base to our customer service representatives for quality purposes.

Promote corporate awareness of company products to internal staff members.

Track errors; recommend quality improvements.

Compile data regarding quality assessments.

Recommend individual or group improvements as needed.

Participate in new quality initiatives, as they are introduced.

Work with managers to develop departmental quality improvements.Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience, preferably in some aspect of Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Quality Review.

•Previous work experience in a Call Center environment (similar Quality Control position ideal, but not mandatory).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong research and analysis skills and attention to detail.
•Knowledge of Medi-Cal products.

•Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Access.

Foreign Languages: Bilingual skills (Spanish / English) preferred
