QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ANALYSTMy client, a manufacturer located in a beautiful rural area of PA, has asked me to locate a Quality Improvement Analyst for their customer service department. An attractive salary, benefit and relocation package awaits the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will measure and evaluate selected business processes, implementing Six Sigma tools and other analytical methodologies to improve the processes and define requirements to maintain control over them. Understand, utilize, and train others in the proper and effective application of all aspects of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process improvement approach. Candidates must be able to communicate and work effectively at all levels within the company, and effectively present the results of analysis of data to the management team.This position requires a four-year technical degree, plus five to ten years of technical experience (three years of which have been in quality administration and/or quality engineering). Training in Six Sigma concepts and the application thereof is a pre-requisite. Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred, but not a requirement.
