Property Management Coordinator
A privately-held commercial real estate developer located in Raritan Center, Edison, seeks a Space Preparation Coordinator to coordinate and systematize the turnover and renovation of commercial properties located mainly in Raritan Center. This position functions as a liaison and good will ambassador between the Company and the customer.
Qualifications:
Comparable experience required.
RPA designation desirable.
Degree in Management desirable.
Skills:
PC literate – Microsoft Word Windows, Excel, MRI
Summary:
Co-coordinates and systematizes the turnover and renovation of commercial properties located mainly in Raritan Center in conjunction with another space preparation coordinator and administrator.
Duties:
Coordinate the work for, and assisting, new and existing customers with move-ins, move-outs, fit-ups, renovations, and relocations. Conduct on-site inspections. Act as short-term liaison between the customer and Company. Monitor job sites to ensure township inspectors are completed timely. Has general knowledge of construction procedures and commercial leases.
Rate: $25.54 per hour
Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break.
Occasional pre-approved over time may be required from time to time.
Non-Exempt Position

REQUIREMENTS
Abilities:
Must be able to facilitate, coordinate, and organize a daily 8:00 a.m. construction meeting. Must possess excellent organization, communication, follow through, and negotiation skills and abilities as well as the ability to read construction blue prints.
Must possess the ability to be a team player, organize departments, systems, and meetings, as well as creative problem solving abilities. This is a deadline driven, detail oriented, and customer-focused position!
