Property Administrator Description
Monitor property compliance in accordance with the governing documents of the Santaluz community. Assume responsibility for inspections, notices and correspondence and ensure that the highest level of service is being provided to the Santaluz Maintenance Association.Qualifications:1. Excellent, effective, and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
2. Previous work experience in a customer service environment; property management and/or construction experience preferred.
3. CACM certification preferred, but not required.
4. College degree desirable.
5. Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
6. Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently.
7. Diplomatically Assertive.
8. People Oriented.
9. Outstanding computer skills to include: heavy word processing using Microsoft Word, spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. General database entry and maintenance preferred.
10.
