Description:
Process plan submittals by homeowners. Confirm that the plans are complete and all information and forms are included. Once confirmed, forwarded completed plans to the Architectural Review Committee for review. Plans that are incomplete need to be returned back to the homeowner with a checklist identifying items missing.Once plans are received back from the ARC, then the Prop. Admin. is to process and send back to the residents. This job will further entail serving as a liaison between the ARC and the Homeowners.
In addition to the ARC process, Prop. Admin. will further assist the other Prop. Admin. in processing and implementing the violation process. This may include clerical support (copies, mailing, filing) as well as provide a back-up as necessary.Must be detail oriented, customer service driven, professional and a team player.
