REQUIREMENTS


Demonstrate understanding of and provide support for the Citi Cards project lifecycle.

Strong skills related to verbal and written communication, time-management, problem solving, influencing, self-discipline, self-motivation, self-assessment, listening, flexibility, teamwork, and successful application of Risk and Change Management techniques.

Identify and complete task deliverables for project timelines.

Maintain all appropriate project documentation through the project's lifecycle.

Ensure processes and procedures associated with job function remain up to date and accurate.

Support multiple projects simultaneously.

Exhibit strong attention to detail and Customer focus.

Able to accurately assess situations and problems and escalate to Project Manager and Senior Manager support.

Proactively shares issues and information with superiors and peers in a timely manner.

Participate on cross-functional teams to achieve specific objectives.

Ability to act as an ambassador for the business when interfacing with various project groups to implement/upgrade platforms.



Coordinate testing and issue tracking, ensuring platform code is correct.

Concurrently test and validate changes to new or existing systems.

Support the validation, trouble-shooting and testing of production trouble reports.

Open, track and close defects and trouble reports uncovered during testing and Post Implementation phases of the life cycle.

Provide implementation support (including specified weekends) to ensure project changes are sufficiently validated.

Demonstrate ability to adapt to significant volume of project changes.

Build effective business relationships, within Service Engineering as well as with other groups.

Possess ability to quickly adapt and develop subject matter expertise.

Possess ability to take calculated risks in a rapidly changing environment.

Possess flexibility to travel and work hours, as projects require.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project, as well as familiarity with MS Access and Visio
