Job Description:
The Integrated Service Management (ISM) Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the ISM program at Desert Radiologists located in Las Vegas, NV. Specific responsibilities are understanding Siemens obligations under the ISM agreement; coordinate all maintenance functions, including CSE's and vendors conducting business at the facility; determine the most cost effective maintenance methodology for a contracted site while maintaining established quality specifications; provide all required training, documentation, diagnostic tools and test equipment to ISM CSE's; adhere to a consistent and orderly method of requesting and delivering service; maintain an accurate record of purchase orders, equipment inventory, dispatch information and maintenance history coordinated with the Uptime Service Center; assure regulatory compliance is maintained at all times; act as the liaison for equipment related issues with physicians, technologists and administration; oversee the installation and testing of all contracted equipment to ensure performance meets campus, state and federal criteria.

Minimum of an associates degree or equivalent military experience; bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years in radiology equipment services or other equipment services field experience; supervisory background a plus. Must be capable of customer interaction, adherence to established operational guidelines, interpreting customer performance reports and making necessary corrections to obtain optimum performance. Strong communication and computer skills needed.
