Essential Job Description:

Maintaining a professional relationship with clients
Addressing client’s technical and procedural questions
Reviewing work orders, completed laboratory reports, subcontract data, and invoices for completeness, accuracy, and quality
Maintaining and developing client relationships by providing outstanding customer service via telephone and personal site visits
Completing paperwork so pick-ups, deliveries, and field sampling jobs are completed
Maintaining departmental goals regarding quality and turnaround times

The following entry level Analyst position is available in our Morgan Hill facility in CA:
Project Manager - Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Position is an immediate opening therefore applicants need to be able to start this position within 2 weeks from time of offer. Only local applicants please - we do not pay for relocation.**

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, required (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering)
3-5 years of environmental field experience highly preferred
Experience working in a laboratory environment highly preferred
LIMS experience required
Strong understanding of client services, lab procedures & technical issues
Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Knowledge of Work/Excel/PowerPoint
Ability to work in a team environment
