Professional Helpdesk Support Specialist

Purpose: Nashville TEKsystems is in search of a Helpdesk Support Specialist to work with our client.

An ideal candidate should be able to perform the following tasks:

Provide support to end users on a variety of issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
Respond to telephone, email and remote requests for technical support.
Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely and acceptable resolution.

Essential Requirements:
Requires at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area Requires a professional appearance and attitude
Open to constant change
Able to handle difficult situations under pressure.

An ideal candidate will have 2 years experience working in a Helpdesk/Support capacity. *A+ certification is a nice to have. All work will be performed on site.

*Candidate must be flexible to work various shifts
