This company is located in Raynham.The position involves telephone contact to sell policies and service existing accountsincluding letter writing and computer processing. Candidates should have previouscustomer service experience, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to workwell with others. Comfortable with the computer so that when trained on internalsystem, they can catch on relatively easily. They are required to take a typing,grammar and math evaluations on their computer system.
35 hours work week. Shifts are 8-3:45 and 9-5. Must be able to do both as theyrotate every 4 mths. To be considered for this position a minimum of three years experience inCustomer Service a must.Proven solutions driven experience with strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
