Professional Customer Service Representative - Claims

Professional Customer Service Representative - ClaimsWe are currently seeking professional and enthusiastic Claims Service Representatives Hours: 12:00pm - 8:30pm; four days during the week. Working one "day" each weekend is required, with shift hours that will most likely be 2:30pm -11:00pm. You will recieve fully paid training and we will sponsor you for your Insurance Adjusters License!


Job Duties and Responsibilities (Claims Department):Handling incoming calls and gathering detailed information from our Insureds and ClaimantsAssist our Insured and Claimants with non-injury, non dispute claims
Resolve claims in an efficient and upbeat manner
Commitment to provide outstanding service

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)
Customer Service experience or Customer Contact (prefer 2 years or more)
Excellent computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish) skills will add 10% to the base pay
Must be comfortable working in a call center environment
