Professional Customer Service Representative

Responsible for handling the administration, maintenance and communication of customer accounts. Some responsibilities include pricing, contract specifications, manifests and schedules and resolving invoice discrepancies. Assists sales or related personnel in securing new business and maintaining existing customer base.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years prior customer service experience. Able to multi task. Must be computer proficient. Ability to create & prepare reports as necessary. Strong team player. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines.
