Product Specialist

Our members are able to purchase nearly everything for in and around their homes, directly from several hundred manufacturers and their authorized suppliers. The primary job of a Customer Service Representative / Product Specialist is to assist customers and enter merchandise orders. Other responsibilities include:

Command thorough product and manufacturer knowledge in designated area of showroom

Process members orders accurately and quickly

Assist members on the showroom floor with product selection and questions

Process and resolve member inquiresJob Requirements

Previous experience with furniture or home improvement industry

Excellent customer service skills

Outstanding problem solving, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Professional attire and attitude

Excellent attention to detail

Hospitality experience a plus
