A Private Dining Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the private dining department to include: scheduling, payroll, opening and closing shifts. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for assisting departments' head in overseeing employees.


Requirements:

§ Excellent organizational and communication skills

§ Ability to plan, implement and coordinate schedules

§ Exhibits good decision making skills & good judgment

§ Quick start menus, minibar service, and pool service experience is strongly preferred

§ Ability to demonstrates examples of leadership, positive courteousness, and professionalism

§ Previous supervisory experience required

§ Hospitality background is strongly preferred


Hours of Operation:
Rotating Shifts AM & PM (Must be flexible and able to work weekends and evenings)

Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour
