Description:
Communications: Participant exists to facilitate and administer all aspects of outgoing communication to new clients during the installation period. The primary responsibility is to attend all client meetings, coordinate all paperwork for printing and ensure all communication related materials are completed per the work plans. Will also help administer communication material orders, fulfillment and communication plan set up.

Additional duties will require review, process and issue resolution of team mailboxes for the internal and external requests. Also, will support client communication needs in a limited client facing role. Create, review and complete required project plans for each client we support. Must be cross trained to back up all core responsibilities and handle escalated issues if they come up.Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Requires a demonstrated ability to project manage, professional communication skills, and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently. Must be flexible and adaptable. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer. Microsoft project experience a plus.

Education:
BA or BS required

Experience:
Minimum 2 years business experience with Organizing, Facilitating and Project Planning to meet task/project goals. Work in a fast paced, team environment. Overall Project management and print production knowledge a plus.
