Pricing and Service Coordinator

Emerson Power Transmission (EPT) encompasses a family of seven market-recognized brand names focusing on providing integrated customer solutions. This large product offering enables EPT to pursue and support a variety of markets/applications. EPT is segmented into three Divisions: Bearings, Couplings and Gearing / Components.

The Bearing Division is compiled of a basket of products categorized into Mounted and Unmounted Bearings. Within these segments, there are four highly recognized brand names: Sealmaster, McGill, Browning and Rollway. Each brand name compliments the complete EPT package and is motivated by a complex market strategy. By utilizing a manufacturing model designed to support the strong domestic market strategy, EPT has facilities positioned primarily in North America.

Under the general supervision of Product Management, the Pricing and Service Coordinator role is required to:
Manage the support process for Sales, Customer Service and direct customers in the area of pricing
Coordinate delivery and technical information regarding special design inquiries
Establish and maintain a series of published a deviated pricing guidelines for use by Customer Service
Continually identify training needs and coordinate training programs for Sales and Customer Service while working in conjunction with Training Director
Working with marketing management, coordinate publish price change activities and monitor discount programs to ensure market consistency
Under the direction of marketing management establish, implement and review account specific pricing initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Related Field is Required
1-3 Years Pricing Management Experience
Strong Computer Skills – MS Office
B2B Industrial Experience a Plus
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Leadership Qualities a Plus
Ability to Travel (Limited)
