Pre-Marketing Coordinator

Purpose:
Our client, a large mortgage company, is looking for a Pre-Marketing Coordinator.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for ordering appraisals and BPO's, following up on occupancy status, assigning real estate agents, and managing individual portfolios based on department, client guidelines, and timeframes. Individuals will also be interacting with interested buyers, realtors and clients.

To be qualified for this position, individuals must have 2-5 years in mortgage banking and 3-5 years of mortgage servicing/banking experience. Individuals must also have experience in analyzing BPO's or competitive market analysis, and excellent communication skills.
