Our client is not currently sponsoring nor transferring H1B's.Please include your updated Resume in WORD Format!Our client, located near Council Bluffs, Iowa is seeking a Player Development Manager with the following skills and/or abilities:Confident with ability to pass a very thorough FBI-Like Background Check.Work with the Vice President of Gaming to ensure rated players/high rollers are identified thru the use of a special card you create which easily identifies them to all Casino employees.Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop programs specifically geared to high rollers; i.e. outings, special events, and player events.Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop packages and events for rated players.Nurture new potential high rated players by establishing and actively pursuing their business.Develop and implement training programs for Casino Hosts/Guest Services that are specifically geared to rated players, including developing profiles on each rated player to ensure all members of guest services know the rated players and how to service them.Be on the premises whenever a rated player arrives to meet, greet, and take care of any requests personally and foster positive relationships ensuring that every visit is a positive, pleasant, and excellent experience.Establish a newsletter specifically for the rated player with special offers, events, and updates.Establish a personal relationship with each rated player by keeping in touch by phone and letter on a regular and on going basis and buy and send gifts for all special occasions and holidays.Excellent communication skills.Computer skills.Organizational skills and attention to detail.
