Pharmacy Customer Service Representative

This position will be responsible for providing, information and action necessary for defined clinical initiatives, interacting with providers, and clinical support assistance to all departments.
Qualifications are:
•High School education, some college preferred
•Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred; commensurate experience with eligibility to become certified is required
•Prefer experience in the managed care industry along with Diamond software knowledge
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
•Detail oriented and ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and clients
