Staff Pharmacists
Fill and dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, consult with doctors, compound medications, maintain inventories, and more. Requires: BS Pharmacy, TX state pharmacy license, strong work ethic, plus PC proficiency and leadership skills.
OBRA Pharmacists - Patient Counseling
Provide assistance to member and pharmacy service associates for medication and prescription specific questions, ensuring high quality patient counseling and compliance with OBRA 90 mandates. Maintains accurate records and provides support to client escalation team to resolve patient or client issues. Requires: BS Pharmacy or Pharm D, 1-2 years of mail service pharmacy experience, and current TX state pharmacy license. Excellent communication, problem solving and PC skills and strong customer focus are required.
Mail Order Pharmacy Technician
Under the direction of a pharmacist, you will dispense prescription medication via SI/Baker automated fulfillment system, stock drugs from daily deliveries, inventories, and more. Requires: HS diploma or GED, current CPhT license and registration, and 1- 2 years pharmacy tech experience. Must have accurate typing of 45 WPM & 12,000 KPH.
Patient Management Nurse
Deliver medication therapy management and consultation services to
members enrolled in the Medication Therapy Program (MTMP) via outbound
and inbound communication in our contact center and document
intervention details. Requires: Current LPN or RN license and 2+ years of nursing experience. Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and problem solving skills, PC proficiency and therapeutic and disease knowledge.
Member Services Agent – Mail Service
Utilize your effective communication skills, to handle inbound calls from clients/members regarding pharmacy benefit plans, and investigating and resolving phone inquiries regarding claims. Requires: HS diploma/GED and previous call center/customer service exp. PC proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential. Certified Pharmacy Tech preferred.
Pharmacy Support – Mail Service
Ensure orders are packaged and mailed correctly, receive shipments, put away stock, vial insertions, manifest orders, & more. Requires: HS diploma or GED, basic computer skills.
