Douglass Distributing is a family owned and operated business of 25 years in Sherman, TX. We are seeking a High Energy full time Petroleum Dispatcher, this is a salary position. This person should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Fuel Dispatcher, preferably knowledge in electronic dispatching, possibly having knowledge with the Simmons Program. This is a very Fast Pace / High Intense position, especially with gas prices changing as they do. This is an extremely interactive position with Customers and Drivers, so top notch Customer service is a must.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience in Fuel Dispatching, especially Electronic Dispatching (Simmons knowledge preferred, but not necessary)
Strong Inventory Management, Great Communication Skills, Written and Verbal
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
Top Notch Multi-Tasking, Computer Knowledge, and Follow Through Abilities
High School Graduate or above
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Non-Smoker
