Patient Service Representative - St. Joseph Family Practice

Greets, instructs, and directs patients and visitors. Handles incoming calls and schedules patient's appointments in an efficient and timely manner. Files, locates, retrieves and delivers medical records as assigned. Registers patients upon arrival. Collects monies as appropriate and charge entry. Identifies insurance carrier cards.

HS diploma or GED required.
